Alarmtech and COVID19

The team at Alarmtech hopes this edition of our e-newsletter finds you healthy and well.  These are trying times like we have never seen before.  Alarmtech prepared for this and as of March 20, the following measures are fully in place.
Our customer care team has been set up remotely and securely, to protect the health of our team while still responding to your enquiries and needs.  Our office door is closed to the public except by appointment or chance.  Simply call to arrange access to any batteries or equipment that you may require.  Our technicians are also working from their home; coming only to the office to pick up needed equipment or files and avoiding contact with the rest of the team.
Our sales consultants are working remotely as well and are attending appointments only by mutual agreement and practicing social distancing.  We are able to do complete quotes over the phone if you act as our eyes and take the time to complete a site assessment over the phone with the consultant.  Planning for business stability and security has never been more important.  With some business properties unattended, it’s a great time to have a security installation while your team is offsite.
