Stephen Karchut grew up in Burlington, Ontario. During his childhood, he always had a fascination for technology and learning how to put things together. Growing up, Stephen volunteered with various organizations, notably the Sound of Music Festival and Autism Ontario. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and a minor in First Peoples’ Studies from Concordia University, Montreal, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Calgary. After graduation, Stephen started to work as an independent contractor for various local governments doing their security infrastructure. Stephen currently sits on the Canadian Security Association (CANASA) South West Ontario Regional Board of Directors.
Our technical staff receive training through CANASA, and we provide ongoing workplace training. Our technicians are among the first in the country to receive the latest and greatest tools, training, and devices. Our talents include installing life safety devices, alarm system design and implementation, and CCTV for consumer and commercial enterprises.
Our sales consultants are educated regarding equipment features and functions as well as statistics and procedures. We provides free, no-obligation on-site sales consultations and written quotes. We are proud to sell the industry-best equipment, and we stand behind our installations with ongoing support and assistance.
Our office staff is available to answer questions about signal history, call lists, payment options, and more. We answer our phones live during the day and route them to the monitoring station after hours so you can always talk to someone about your system. 24-hour emergency service is available upon request.

Technicians will be trained through CANASA’s ATC course and receive product knowledge and mentorship by senior staff. Successful candidates will have some experience and interest in electronic products and be willing to learn how the systems work. Having some experience or education in electronics, construction, cabling, or installations, as well as being self-motivated with a desire to learn, will give you an advantage.
