Alarmtech provides no-cost and no-obligation onsite quotes from our professional sales consultants. We install the equipment in your home and can service it on-site if required.

Your support person can come onsite to purchase replacement batteries, or we can deliver for a nominal fee. All other system maintenance, including call list updates etc. and payments can be managed through post, fax, email or phone. Alarmtech\’s website can be viewed with a screen reader. Our contract can be read to you over the phone and all customer questions can be answered by our sales consultant or customer service representatives over the phone. Arrangements can be made for uninterrupted, leisurely phone conversations – please arrange this through the office.

The Alarmtech front door opening is 30″ and there are four steps leading up to it, on the outside of the building. There are no interior steps to navigate to access the main office. The interior washroom is not wheelchair accessible nor is it on the same level as the main office. However, we are pleased to receive wheelchairs on-site if the above-listed issues can be overcome with assistance. Service animals and support persons are of course welcome at any of your appointments or dealings with Alarmtech sales or service transactions.
